Gibson

Bill Gibson founded W.J. Gibson & Co in 1991 having worked for Allied Dunbar for a number of years. Emily Hempsey joined him in 2000 having managed the offices of Pearl Assurance in Coleraine.

Derek, Kate and David arrived at the firm in 2001. In 2010 W.J. Gibson & Co. incorporated as Gibson Financial Planning.

Emily retired that same year and Bill retired from the firm in December 2012 and his son David took over.

In November 2022 Amy joined the firm as office and client relations manager. Both Derek and Kate retired in March 2023.
